Bring your drive to our Nashville location or ship it to us with our prepaid label. We accept HDDs, SSDs, USB drives, SD cards, and NAS/RAID arrays.
Free Diagnostic Assessment
We run SMART diagnostics, check filesystem integrity, and assess the drive's physical health. You get a written assessment with recovery likelihood and a firm quote before we proceed.
Approve & We Begin Recovery
Review the quote and give us the go-ahead. No work is performed until you approve. If you decline, your drive is returned at no charge.
Forensic Data Recovery
Using professional Linux recovery tools — ddrescue, TestDisk, PhotoRec, and filesystem-specific utilities — we extract every recoverable byte from your drive.
Verification & Report
Recovered files are verified for integrity. You receive a detailed email report listing every recovered file, its status, and a secure download link for your data.
Data Delivered, Drive Returned
Download your recovered data securely or receive it on a USB drive. Your original drive is returned as-is — or with a DoD-standard secure wipe on request (+$29).

Recovery Report
A detailed summary of the recovery process: tools used, recovery rate percentage, total files recovered, and any issues encountered. Written in plain English so you know exactly what happened.
File Manifest
Complete listing of every recovered file with original path, file size, and integrity status. Know exactly what was recovered and where it was on your original drive.
SMART Health Report
Full SMART diagnostic results for your drive including reallocated sectors, pending sectors, temperature history, and power-on hours. We include an honest recommendation on whether the drive is safe to reuse.
Secure Download Link
Your recovered data is uploaded to encrypted temporary storage with a secure, expiring download link. Files are available for 30 days and then permanently deleted from our systems.
Drive Test Results
Full surface scan (badblocks) and post-wipe SMART extended self-test. You get a KEEP / CAUTION / DISPOSE verdict with the raw test data.
No Data, No Fee
If we can’t recover any usable data, you pay nothing. The diagnostic is always free, and we won’t charge for a recovery that doesn’t deliver results.
